Our current turnaround time is 5 working days, and your order will be dispatched within this period.
Once dispatched you will be notified, and your order will be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked. This usually takes between 2 and 5 days. If you’re in a hurry, your order can be delivered the day after completion by courier for £7.00.

All orders are shipped in 100% plastic-free packaging. These mugs are shipped in bespoke boxes that are designed specifically for protecting mugs during transit.
If you are not happy with your order, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, and then a further 14 days to return the item. However, please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been personalised.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging, and not be a personalised product.
